my summer

This summer, I went on a diet.

..........sorry,not truth.

I belong to AIKIDOU club.

This summer,I went into training in Niigata for one week.

We were trained 3 time for day.

6am→7am and 10am→0pm and 3pm→5pm.

Very hard,very tired.

I suffer bruise and abrasion.

But, I was training hard.

..........I don't like Training for one week.
